I've been interested in holistic health and the wellness industry for the over 25 years. exology Reiki after witnessing a patient in hospital receive a Reflexology treatment and seeing its amazing results leading to his full recovery.
After graduating with an ITEC Reflexology diploma in 2001, I trained as a Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapist. Did you know that Reflexology was practiced thousands of years ago by our ancestors and The feet have a large nerve supply with over 7000 nerve endings spread across both feet. There are also 12 major meridians in the hands and feet related to the spleen, liver, pancreas, stomach, gall bladder and kidneys. During a reflexology session I press on certain acupressure and meridians points that can release congestion. Over time, these congestions can cause various health conditions, I found that Reflexology or Reiki can relieve symptoms and alleviate pain which in turn allows the body's own innate healing response.

I gave Reflexology treatments for many years to friends and family. On seeing the huge benefits it can have I decided to set up my own practice in 2024.
Approach
I use a holistic approach by first talking to clients and getting a full picture of their emotional, mental and physical health. I then make a treatment plan with them. If the mental or emotional being are out of balance, this can impact the physical body. I take into account their everyday dietary habits, exercise, sleep and work environment. I work intuitively and through experience I trust that what I gift people with in my sessions is what they need at the time.

3 months ago"I went to Eimear for Reflexology. I had a pain in my head and stomach since the day before, so much so I was going to cancel my session. I didn't want to postpone my treatment so I went ahead with it. I never mentioned my stomach or head to Eimear. After my session I was very relaxed and pain free and I slept well that night. I have received reiki from Eimear on several occasions and it has made a clear difference to my levels of stress. Eimear is a friendly therapist who gives good advice and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend going to her if you are under stress as reiki definitely helps with this.

Eimear is an attentive and a naturally caring person, who is passionate about her work. I've received treatments that are gentle yet really go deep and go where they need to in mind and body. I always feel very calm afterwards, knowing something special has just happened. Thank you Eimear

I have received reiki treatment from Eimear both in her company and also distance healing as I live abroad. The results are always uplifting and filled with warmth and a definite sense of healing. A Reiki treatment from Eimear was recommended to me by a friend. I was feeling worn out and next to depleted due to the emotional and physical pressures of juggling work and family. I was afraid of burn out and becoming ill. I was drawn to her wholistic approach in that the mind, body and soul are interconnected. I can't thank her enough for bringing me back to a more balanced and happy space and would highly recommend her work.

Eimear is a gifted therapist as well as being a lovely, gentle person. I found the reiki amazing, felt like a weight lifted. Eimear is very connected with nature and I have experienced healings in beautiful natural settings with her.
