Registered with the International Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, my therapeutic approach is experiential and incorporates a range of styles and perspectives including Transpersonal Psychology, Family Systems Theory, Person Centered and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). My aim is create a safe non-judgemental space where you get to explore your own thoughts and dilemmas, bringing awareness to your feelings and the thoughts that drive them. I give free 20 minute to 30 minute online consultations.

Training and CPD (continuous professional development) include:
• Diploma in Transpersonal Therapeutic Counselling, Practitioners Training, year 1, 2 and 3 in the theory and supervised practice of individual, Family and Group Counselling.
• AEDP* Immersion Course Level 1 with the AEDP Institute
• Currently in training for AEDP* Essential Skills Training (Level 2) with the AEDP Institute
• Completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy LEVEL 1 Certificate
• Introduction To Somatic Experiencing 12 hour workshop with SOS Internationale
* AEDP (Accelerated experiential-dynamic psychotherapy) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on healing-oriented techniques and aims to achieve a transformation in client behavior by exploring the in-depth processing of difficult emotional and relational experiences.
