About Me
Noelle holds a MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS, a BSC in Psychology with Counselling from the Open University and a B.Ed. in primary teaching from Mary Immaculate College. Noelle is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with NAPCP. Noelle takes a person-centred approach to therapy meaning that each therapy session is tailored to the client’s individual needs in a safe, empathetic, compassionate and above all non-judgemental environment. Noelle utilises person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and solution focused therapy. Noelle works with clients on a short-term and long-term basis depending on the clients’ individual needs.
